We had a slight hiccup with the credit card machine but quickly resolved with a bank transfer. Appreciated the prompt maintenance response when some room amenities needed fixing. a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. Overall I'd suggest this hotel to others.

We had a really amazing time. Everything was very good from the staff to the room, large bed and brand-new room. The staff was amicable, they provided a terrific service. The hotel was in a good location close to a big shopping mall that closes at 10PM as well as a public transport and shopping mall. we had a fantastic experience at metro hotel terminal! from the convenient location right by the eastern bus terminal to the modern and impeccably clean rooms, we were thoroughly impressed. the thoughtful amenities provided, like toothbrushes and shoeshiners, added to the classy yet affordable vibe. the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff were always friendly and eager to assist, making our stay hassle-free. being next to the largest mall made shopping and dining extremely convenient. Cons: couldn't find any faults at all! 🌟.

The rooms are bright and clean, with a private safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. the huge bathroom is absolutely the best. the location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Aria Resort & Casino. All in all they offer terrific service.
